Our website and service providers may collect technical information such as your IP address, browser and device information, referring page, pages visited, approximate location, form activity, and campaign parameters. Cookies and similar technologies may be used to keep forms working, prevent abuse, measure traffic, and understand where inquiries originate.

When information is shared

We may share the information needed to evaluate or fulfill a request with prospective guide partners. We also use service providers that process information on our behalf, including HubSpot for forms and customer relationship management, Cloudflare for website delivery and security, and Google for hosted fonts and related web services. We do not sell personal information for money.

Guide partners

Guides and outfitters are independent businesses. If we connect you with a guide, that business may collect and use information under its own privacy practices. Ask the guide directly if you have questions about how it handles booking or trip information.

Retention and security

We retain information for as long as reasonably needed for matching, customer service, recordkeeping, security, and legal purposes. We use reasonable safeguards, but no internet transmission or storage system can be guaranteed completely secure.
